Safari in Tsavo East from Mombasa
Break your beach getaway and head out to Tsavo National Park for an overnight stay and get to see the Big 5 among other animals. Tsavo East National Park is three hours away and this is a perfect tour in the wilderness. Experience an evening and early morning game viewing drive for a chance to see the lions hunt.
Your luxury lodge at the heart of the Tsavo and gives you an added advantage when looking for game. Several watering holes nearby attract wildlife and spotting animals is easy because the park lies flat with savannah grassland.
Itinerary:
Day 1. Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park:Early morning at 6:00 a.m, pick up from your Mombasa resort/residence and depart for the Tsavo East National Park. After a 3-hour drive, arrive at Tsavo and enjoy an en-route game viewing drive to your lodge. Check in and have Lunch. Spend the rest of your afternoon relaxing. Later at 3:00p.m, embark on an evening game viewing drive. Drive back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
, Day 2. Tsavo East – Mombasa:Enjoy an early morning breakfast at 6:00a.m and check out of the lodge. Set out for a morning game viewing drive searching for animals not previously seen. Have an enroute game drive as you head out of the park by 12:00 pm. Drive back to Mombasa and on arrival at 3:00p.m, drop-off at your Coastal residence or Airport.
