Chilean Wine Country & Easter Island Adventure

Come to discover the iconic Chilean Wine Country! Visit the Casablanca Valley characterized by the refined preparation of white wine in its Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. There is a glass of white wine waiting for you in the many wineries that fill the beautiful vineyards of Chile’s central valley with flavor not to be missed.

And explore Rapa Nui’s pink-sand beaches, its volcanic cones and windswept grasslands, and of course, the monumental moai statues – over 1,000 of them bearing silent witness to a long-lost, complex society.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival at Santiago - Casablanca Valley
You will be picked up from Santiago airport at the time your flight arrives, and you will be transferred to your hotel located at Casablanca Valley. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Welcome cocktail served in the El Emporio dining room. Dinner menu with a bottle of wine from the Corralillo line served in the El Emporio dining room. Overnight at Hotel La Casona by Matetic vineyard at Casablanca Valley (breakfast and taxes included)

Day 2: Matetic Vineyard - La Casona activities
Tour of the Wine cellar and tasting. Discover our winery with a guided tour, where you learn about the organic & biodynamic principles, we follow in working our land and how they result in the finest of wines. You will get to sample these delicious wines from the Corralillo and EQ lines to complete the tour. Outdoor guided excursion to the Rosario Valley (horseback, cycling, trekking or scenic tour in van). Welcome cocktail served in the El Emporio dining room. Dinner menu with a bottle of wine from the Corralillo line served in the El Emporio dining room. Overnight at Hotel La Casona by Matetic vineyard at Casablanca Valley (breakfast and taxes included)

Day 3: Matetic Vineyard - La Casona activities
Today you have the option for Outdoor guided excursion to the Rosario Valley (horseback, cycling, trekking or scenic tour in van). Dinner menu with a bottle of wine from the Corralillo line served in the El Emporio dining room. Overnight at Hotel La Casona by Matetic vineyard at Casablanca Valley (breakfast and taxes included)

Day 4: Transfer from Casablanca to Santiago Airport - Fly to Easter Island
In due time, transfer to Santiago Airport to board your flight to Easter Island. Arrival in the Easter Island Airport. Reception in the Airport with a flower necklace and transfer to your selected hotel. The afternoon is at leisure. Sunset cocktail at Kaloa Restaurant or Vaikoa Bar. Overnight at Hotel Hanga Roa at Easter Island (breakfast and taxes included)

Day 5: Easter Island Excursion
Departing from Hanga Roa's town at about 9:30 am, going to the southeastern and northeastern coast of the Island visiting the AhuVaihu temple, which is located 10 km from Hanga Roa. It consists of a stone platform with 8Moai statues and 8 pukao dispersed in the proximities. Then, we will go to Ahu Akahanga, so-called the Platform of the king. The legend tells that Hotu Matua's tomb is near this place. There, we will find 4 platforms, 12 Moai statues, 8 Pukao and towards the interior of this Ahu; it is possible to see the best-preserved village of the island. Sunset cocktail at Kaloa Restaurant or Vaikoa Bar. Overnight at Hotel Hanga Roa at Easter Island (breakfast and taxes included)

Day 6: Easter Island Excursion & Cultural Experience
Today, we will visit the Ana Kai Tangata natural cave where it is possible to appreciate some rupestrian art representing birds, and where it is possible to watch waves breaking upon the cliff. We will continue our tour by visiting the RanoKau volcano where we will be able to see the largest crater on the Island and one of the largest sweet water reservation of the area. Finally, we will visit the Orongo Ceremonial Village. Most of the Easter Island music and dances are of Polynesian origin. Dinner at local restaurant & Typical Show. Overnight at Hotel Hanga Roa at Easter Island (breakfast and taxes included)

Day 7: Transfer to Easter Island Airport
In due time, transfer to the airport and typical farewell.
