Itinerary:
- Day 1: WELCOME TO COSTA RICA - Upon arrival at the San Jose airport, you will be met by one of our representatives how will explain your itinerary, answer any questions and provide you with a package of vouchers and information about your trip. Overnight at Aurola Holiday Inn Hotel, 5 stars hotel.
- Day 2: CORCOVADO TENT CAMP - Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for take a domestic flight to Drake Bay. Upon arrival a, Tent Camp representative will pick you up for a short transfer to the lodge. The Corcovado Adventures Tent Camp offers you an affordable and comfortable opportunity to vacation on one of the most beautiful places on the planet; the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica. The lodge is located just southwest of Drake Bay on the western side of the Osa Peninsula. The Camp is close to Corcovado National Park and the Caño Island Biological Reserve. The tent camp provides comfortable accommodations in full-size tents with wood-frame beds. The tents are covered by a large tarp to protect them from the tropic sun and rain. Each has a front deck with chairs and a great view of the Pacific Ocean! The meals provided are delicious and filling, a healthy and balanced diet of Tico and International Cuisine! - Day 3: CORCOVADO NATIONAL PARK TOUR - For a full day in the thick of the rainforest, Corcovado National Park is unparalleled for breathtaking beauty, abundant wildlife and foliage nearly pulsing with lushness. After breakfast at the Tent Camp, you'll board a boat for a 25-minute ride to the San Pedrillo Station, the northernmost ranger station of Corcovado National Park. An hours walk along the beach, led by a local naturalist guide, brings you to a forest trail up the Rio Pargo. A midday well have lunch under the shade of a mango tree on Llorona beach allows you to enjoy the hiss and boom of the surf while resting from your mornings expedition. The next leg of the adventure is a walk up the San Pedrillo River, leading to a rainforest waterfall great for a cool dip. Kingfishers and Jesus Christ lizards are residents of this river. The park is home to cougars, jaguars, ocelots, and giant anteaters, all endangered species. The four species of Costa Rican monkeys live in the trees. Overnight at Corcovado Tent Camp, 3 stars.
- Day 4: CANO ISLAND PARK TOUR - A day trip to Caño Island will prove to be an unforgettable experience to divers, snorkelers, hikers, and nature lovers alike. Also, most likely you will have the opportunity to see schools of dolphin swimming around the boat, and whales cruise these waters and are often sighted during their migration season. Caño Island rises like a giant emerald from the sea. Soaring coastal cliffs, white-sand beaches and a densely forested interior make this island one of the most dramatic landmasses in the area. Cano Island is surrounded by five platforms of low reefs where over a dozen species of coral grow abundantly. These shelves house countless life forms like sea urchins, lobsters, and all sorts of giant conchs. After a picnic lunch shaded by almond trees on the beach, guests are free to explore the islands burial sites on self-guided trails, play a friendly game of beach volleyball, go for another round of swimming, snorkeling, diving, or simply relaxes on the sun-warmed sand. - Day 5: TRANSFER CORCOVADO – SAN JOSE - ARENAL - Breakfast at the lodge. Transfer to the local airport for a domestic flight to San Jose. Upon arrival, a Greenway Tours representative will meet you and provide a land transfer to Fortuna Town and Arenal Volcano. Check in at Hotel Magic Mountain or similar and free time at leisure. Overnight at Magic Mountain Hotel or similar.
- Day 6: A FREESTYLE DAY IN ARENAL - Customize your vacation with the included adventure of your choice. Please select one. This option will be added to your final itinerary. Note: Some options are half day, others full day with lunch included. Options include Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge, Safari Adventure Boat, Horseback Riding to Arenal Volcano, Arenal Mundo Aventura Canopy Tour, Arenal Mountain Biking, La Fortuna Waterfall on Horseback, Arenal Volcano Hike, Arenal Hanging Bridges, Lake Arenal kayaking, Venado Caves, Safari Kayaking, Sky Tram & Nature Walk. Afternoon: free time. Lunch and dinner not included unless a meal is included in your tour selection. Overnight at Magic Mountain Hotel or similar.
- Day 7: FREE TIME - During the morning, free time at leisure. Early afternoon, land transfer to San Jose. Overnight at Hotel Aurola Holiday Inn.
- Day 8: TRANSFER OUT - Transfer to the International Airport accordingly with your scheduled flight and Good bye.
