Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica

Arrive at Juan Santamaria International Airport and be greeted by our representative. After a brief orientation, shuttle to Hotel Park Inn for some leisurely free time. Overnight at Park Inn Hotel (3-star).

Day 2: Exploring San Jose

Embark on a bus and walking tour of San Jose. Discover the city's culture, architecture, and traditions with stops at Central Park, the main Catholic Cathedral, Melico Salazar Theater, and the National Theater. Visit the Gold Museum to learn about Costa Rica's Pre-Columbian era. Wander through Barrio Otoya and Barrio Amon. Overnight at Park Inn Hotel.

Day 3: Cartago Highlights

Tour starts with a drive to Irazu Volcano National Park. Explore the volcano and enjoy the landscapes of Orosi Valley and Town, Ujarras Ruins, and Cachi Lake. Lunch in a local restaurant before heading to Cartago to see the ruins of the old Parish and the Basilica of our "Virgen de los Angeles". Overnight at Park Inn Hotel.

Day 4: Arenal Volcano & Hot Springs

Visit the impressive Arenal Volcano National Park and the city of La Fortuna. Enjoy the Baldi Hot Springs Resort with its thermal pools, pool bars, slides, and steam caves. Dinner included. Overnight at Hotel La Pradera or similar.

Day 5: Arenal Hanging Bridges Tour

After breakfast, a guide takes you to the Hanging Bridges, a private reserve with suspension bridges and trails in front of Arenal Volcano. Explore the rich biodiversity with our guide's help. Shuttle back to Park Inn Hotel in San Jose. Overnight at Park Inn Hotel (3-star).

Day 6: Transfer Out

Shuttle to Juan Santamaria International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your Costa Rican adventure.
