Highlights include Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO heritage site and home to the ancient parliament and the North Atlantic Divergent Ridge; the Geysir Area with its geothermal wonders and Strokkur geysir erupting every 5 to 10 minutes; Gullfoss waterfall, Iceland’s most beautiful waterfall; and Kerið crater with its unique milky blue-green water. At the Blue Lagoon, relax in the geothermal waters before returning to Reykjavík for a break. Later, embark on a Northern Lights expedition with an experienced aurora hunter.
