Day 1: Journey Begins
Starting at 8am with a pickup from your hotel in Manaus, the day kicks off with a transfer to Ceasa port and a speedboat ride across Rio Negro to Catalao Floating Village. Here, witness the giant Arapaima Gigas at a local fish farm, experience the meeting of the waters where Rio Negro and Solimões River converge, and proceed to Careiro Village. Arriving at about 11:30am at the lodge, lunch is followed by an afternoon of dolphin watching, piranha fishing, and sunset views. Nighttime brings about Cayman spotting, an exciting close encounter with these fascinating reptiles.
Day 2: Jungle Tour
The day starts early with a wake-up call at 5:00am for sunrise viewing and forest listening. Post breakfast, embark on a jungle trek to uncover the secrets of the rainforest, focusing on medicinal plants and potential wildlife sightings.
