- Due to extreme weather conditions (thunderstorms, heavy rain or extreme heat) the company may cancel the tour before the starting time or during the tour. No monetary refund will be made, it will be rescheduled for another date subject to the company's availability

- This voucher allows you to use a bike for all the time you want, from 9 am to 7 pm
- We depart on time, please be 10 minutes before the starting time of the tour at Chile 1145, Montserrat. Be aware of the traffic
