Sangeh Monkey Forest:
This unique and sacred monkey forest is a must-see place while you in Ubud. This monkey forest surrounded by hundreds of Giant pala trees creates a charming, magical, and fresh air around the forest. Walk along the path under the shade of this giant trees and see many playful monkeys, lizard, and butterflies among the trees. There are 3 ancient temples in this area and for the local this monkey forest functioned as the center of spiritual, economic, educational, and trees conservation center.
Giant Swing Bali:
Challenge yourself to have a giant swing string over the canyon and green valley while the staff will continuously taking beautiful pictures with various poses. You also have access to an abundance of picturesque - smaller size swing and photo spot such as Tandem bench swing, Libra Swing, Romantic bed swing, Jungle bed, egg nest, Onion nest, Titanic photo spot, Jungle stone, Heart nest, Bird nest, Stairs to Heaven.
Tegalalang Rice Terraces:
Stop at the magical rice terraces Tegalalang and admire the green lush rice paddies view with the coconut trees as the ornaments. In this rice terrace you can have a short walk among the terraces or simply see and immerse yourself with the atmosphere from view point.
Tirta Empul Temple:
You will see a very active tranquil temple built around a bubbling spring water. Tirta Empul temple is an interesting place to observe Hindu devotees purifying themselves by means of ritual bathing. The spring feeds various purification baths, pools, and fish ponds surrounding the outer perimeter, which all flow to the Pakerisan River. You can try out the purification bathing ritual yourself but the formal routine is actually meant for pilgrims and devotees. You can ask your driver/guide or temple authority for further details on how to do purification bath properly.
Tegenungan Waterfall:
Tegenungan waterfall is a great attraction for all ages especially nature lover. To access the waterfall, there are several minutes walk down the trail beyond the shop where you’ll enjoy the impressively green valley panorama with the cascading water as a centerpiece. Feel free to take a dip at the waterfall if you like or take a beautiful pictures at some cute photo spots provided along the trail.
