The whale watching begins at 09:00, where you'll meet at Elding's ticket office by 08:45 to exchange your voucher for admission tickets. Onboard, you'll find several outdoor viewing platforms and a large indoor saloon equipped with an on-board café for light refreshments. Whether you choose to brave the fresh air outside or stay warm inside observing through panoramic windows, the summer months promise sightings of minke whales, white-beaked dolphins, harbour porpoises, and possibly even humpback whales. The tour returns to the harbour around 12:00.

In the afternoon, head to Þingvellir National Park for a snorkeling adventure with Dive.is, starting at 13:30 at the Silfra parking lot. Here, you'll be equipped and briefed on snorkeling techniques by expert guides. Immerse yourself in the crystal-clear glacial waters of Silfra for an hour, enjoying over 100m visibility. Participants must be aged 12-65, between 150cm-200cm in height and 45kg-120kg in weight, physically fit, not pregnant, ready to wear a tight dry suit, comfortable in water, and able to swim. Please review the size chart to ensure you meet the height and weight requirements for dry suit snorkeling. Participants are advised to bring thermal underwear, thick wool socks, and dress appropriately for the weather, including a hat and gloves. For those wearing glasses, it's recommended to use contact lenses as the masks do not accommodate glasses.
