This sanctuary is not only marked by its expansive yard and strategic location but is also home to indigenous grey long-tailed monkeys. Visitors have the chance to explore this sacred site and, weather permitting, catch a mesmerizing sunset. Adjacent to the temple, there exists a stage dedicated to the performance of the Fire Kecak Dance. As the day draws to a close, guests are treated to the traditional Kecak dance, unraveling the epic tale of the Ramayana, enhanced by a chorus of male voices, eschewing musical instruments for nearly an hour. The dance vividly portrays the story of a princess's abduction by the malevolent king of Alengka and the ensuing battle with the monkey king, highlighted by an array of characters donning distinctive good and evil costumes.
